With more than two decades of financial leadership experience, Perkins will oversee financial strategies and operations to enhance the company's sustainable growth, profitability, and shareholder value.

Perkins’ distinguished career includes serving as CFO at The Nordam Group, Francis Energy, and American Cementing, as well as various senior roles at SemGroup Corporation. She has led financial strategies that delivered significant earnings growth, managed multi-billion-dollar capital structures, and successfully guided complex M&A transactions and integrations.

Perkins is a CPA with a Master of Accounting from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Drury University.
