WEST SILOAM SPRINGS, Okla. - Considered one of the best female rock artists of all time, Lita Ford is bringing her legacy of rock hits to SEVEN Bar inside Cherokee Casino & Hotel West Siloam Springs on Friday, May 2, at 9 p.m.

The show is free and open to the public ages 21 and over.

Ford’s career began in 1975 as a founding member and guitarist of the groundbreaking, all-female group the Runaways. The group’s hard rock and punk edge spawned hits like “Cherry Bomb” and “Queens of Noise.” In 1983, Ford launched her solo career where she saw a Grammy nomination for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance for her sophomore release of “Dancin’ on the Edge.”

In 1988, she released “Lita,” which featured four charting singles: “Back to the Cave,” “Falling In and Out of Love,” “Kiss Me Deadly” and “Close My Eyes Forever.” Since then, she’s solidified herself in rock history with numerous lifetime achievement awards, including the Guitar Player Hall of Fame.
